When do I receive my eSIM?
Right after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. The QR code appears on your order page and we email it too. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Does the eSIM include a phone number?
No. Plans are data only. Keep your own SIM in the phone for calls and texts; WhatsApp, Telegram and FaceTime keep working with your usual number.
When does my plan start?
The validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination, not on the day you buy it.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you pay too little, the payment page shows the missing amount and you can send the rest. If you pay too much, email us with your order number and we refund the difference to your wallet.
Which network should I pick for USDT?
Tron (TRC-20) is the cheapest. Always send on the same network you chose on our payment page; USDT sent on another network cannot be recovered.
Can I pay with Bitcoin or another coin?
Not at the moment. Most exchanges let you swap to USDT in a few seconds, then withdraw it to the address on our payment page.
Can I top up later?
Yes. Reply to your order email and we send you a top-up link. Your eSIM stays installed.
